Axter Solar PV Overview
Axter’s Solar PV is a combined photovoltaic (PV) panel and mounting system. It’s specifically designed to protect roof waterproofing integrity and maintain roofing system guarantees. It’s a complete solution, designed by Axter to work with your roof and installed by the PV Plus’ team of certified professionals.
Axter’s Solar PV systems feature high-power PV panels. They offer both ballasted and mechanically anchored mounting systems. These are designed to perform well under wind loads. The mechanically anchored systems use a universal fixing point (UFP), which is fully compatible with Axter’s bitumen and single-ply roof waterproofing systems. This flexibility allows the Solar PV system to be used across a variety of support structures, depending on weight load. The ballasted mounting systems can be fitted on Axter’s standard flat roofs or green roofs.
Design, Installation & Maintenance of Axter’s Solar PV Systems

Solar PV systems are designed for durability and to ensure total consumer confidence. The roof waterproofing system is guaranteed for over 30 years, backed by a BBA Certificate (94/3037). Each system is delivered with a comprehensive design and construction portfolio. This includes a 3D site model, yield calculations, wind load calculations, technical drawings, system specs, and installation guides.
PV Plus follows rules from the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) and the Green Roof Organisation (GRO). We do this to make sure every project meets top quality, safety, and environmental standards.
